When I was going through my own midlife crisis (centuries ago) I got a LeBaron convertible and loved it. Before kids, I had a gold 280ZX that was a 5 speed stick shift. Gawd, I loved that car but had to give it up when I was too pregnant to reach the pedals.
ReplyDeleteAt the moment, I'm totally *crushing* on your new toy, since I graduated from a Suburban to a 4-Runner, LOL! It's my firm belief that only cute young things should drive convertibles, right? I've no doubts that you look totally smashing in it!

You will LAUGH at my dream car....I want a 1950 red Chevy truck with an airstream trailer to pull behind me, with the inside decorated in retro cowgirl. I am trying to get one for next year when 'The Hillbilly Debutante Cafe' comes out. I'm going to tour in it. (Hopefully)

ReplyDeleteFun! And happy belated birthday. Not sure what my "dream" car is. I've been looking at the practical family types. I'm really wanting an Audi Q5. However, I have a very nice car with no car payment and I'm thinking I will keep it that way for a while longer.
