I just want to say how much I love my blends! Thank you for all of the advice you give me on my many, many requests and questions. I seriously read each and every comment and google all of your Terrific ideas! It is day #1 of my Sugar free cleanse. Armed with all of your ideas, I will keep you posted on my progress. It is super cold and I'm off to run 100 errands. This is a picture from Les Arcs in the french alps.

Detox Diet Day 3
Post Birthday I usually have a mini melt down. To cheer myself up I get my teeth cleaned and promptly start bleaching them so they are super white. Since my birthday is in July I have a tan. But at the age of 38 finding new age spots is how I examine my tan--rather than looking at my tan lines. So besides feeling like an old whale I decide to do something about it....
#1 Tons of sunscreen. LA Roche? Have any of you tried this? It leaves a pasty white film all over my body so I look like a mummy. Vogue swears by this product. I've also tried Neutrogena 100spf with helio plex but somehow I am still too tan or worse--sun burned.
#2 No more wine. It has only been 3 days and I can safely say that by day 2 my will power was diminishing. The other dumb thing I do is eat peanut M&Ms because I think to myself "If I'm not having the calories from wine then I can have this snack!"
#3 Exercise more. I ran yesterday but today it is raining and my exercise on demand would not work. I think the weather makes it not work. So I ended up doing 25 minutes of yoga--that is not enough.
#4 no more sugar or white flour. This is the hardest (even harder than wine). My coffee creamer has it (and I have not found a substitute that is as yummy as "sugar free" creamate in hazelnut. And Activia yogourt has corn syrup in it too! So the first 2 things I put in mouth in the morning are horrible for me. And I don't like greek yogourt. At least not yet.
So I am failing my detox. I need advice! Please help.
xoxo
Cheers!
