But today we are going to the doctor, fingers crossed the cast comes off. I'm also gutted as I just read that getting frequent facials can cause damage to your blood vessels-ugh!

I'm again on 5 days no sugar. I get tripped up and then have to start over, I'm blaming the fab super bowl party for distracting me so much I ate a cupcake (or 3). 

Our dear friend has ALS. Tonight we are attending a cocktail party at our club in his honor. So excited! And still wearing red!!
