WASP Wednesday!

One Fabulous Mom and I ate at the Polo Lounge at The Beverly Hills Hotel yesterday. It was so fun, no preppies in LA LA Land.  We saw Demi Moore leaving as we arrived. Then we sat next to Posh Spice, a.k.a Victoria Bekham and had a clear view of Charlize Theron a few tables over.  It was AMAZING! But Liz and I were the only ones in Lilly Pulitzer, this job is going to be harder than I thought. Guess I'll just have to buy a house here so I can come visit more often. More meetings today, I'll keep you posted on who else I spot.

    Love that PINK Hotel. And Yes - sadly - Lilly Pulitzer is frowned upon. Devastating! But, I am trying - one Worth shift at a time!!

    I'm a TERRIBLE celebrity watcher... I rarely recognize them... plus last time I was at the Polo Lounge I was a bit UNDER the INFLUENCE and couldn't see beyond the bar where I was sitting.... LOL... and having FUN laughing!!!
    LOVE that hotel... sooo much FUN!!!

    What fun! So eager to hear more about your adventures. You'll laugh, but the first thing I thought of with that hotel was the movie Beverly Hills Cop and Eddie Murphy wanting the bathrobes! LOL Have a great day.

    I would have crawled across the dining room on my knees just to eat the scraps off of Charlize Theron's plate....she is as beautiful and striking as they come.

    I've had help recognizing them, I'm not much of a starer--but with Posh I could not miss those mile high heels and short hair cut-she was EASY to spot. Liz, One Fab Mom, is a big help with the recognizing part! Part II tomorrow xx

    The last time I lunched at Neiman's in Beverly Hills, a girl came in with a blue print Lilly skirt, a white tee shirt (monogrammed in a matching blue color), and a blue sweater on her shoulders. Also, she was wearing pearls. I remember looking at her and thinking, now SHE'S cute!!! Don't fret...they are there:)
