What day is it?

I have to say something about Fathers. I'm in the midst of a very stressful time..son-broken leg, I must carry him to and fro, attend kindergarten.  But... a sweet phone call from my Father made my night. He did not try to make me feel better, or commiserate.  My Father just chatted....he'll even watch truly horrible reality shows just because I like them. Just want to send a Thank you to my Father....he is a great 'Dad.'

This is a pic of the entrance of the chalet...I promise to be back with a more interesting life. This leg break is a bit time consuming

  2. Sometimes the best support at a time like this is the kind that gets your mind off things. Your father is a very wise man indeed.

Best wishes for your son's speedy recovery!

Hope your little guy feels better soon, hey put on some "Phish" it always puts me in a great mood!!hahah

  7. Fathers are the best - they always have our backs, no matter what. I'm proud to be a Daddy's girl. :-)
Love your vaca pictures, can't wait to see more. Hang in there and don't let the stress of all this get to you. You need to get to the spa - STAT. XOXO

  8. Daddy's are the BEST! This, coming from a daddy's girl. :) As for Chamonix, I'm so sorry about Wyn's broken leg. But I will say that Chamonix has the BEST hospitals. The hubs was skiing there a couple of years ago, fell ill, and was back on the slopes in TWO days, healthy as ever! He swears that whatever they gave him was magical. Who cares, it worked!

  19. So funny Beth because I have a similar thing going with my Dad. Just talking to him makes me feel better. Over my dreaded time in Iowa he cheered me right up! xo
