The jodphurs are great, but what I really love are the boots! You look fab...I wish I could take you with me to Foxfield tomorrow!
ReplyDeleteYou're selling everything? But why?
I don't have any tips on selling your home, but I do know that you look fabulous!!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely advertise...everywhere...how exciting!
ReplyDeleteIndia? Fabulous! I'd love to go there someday soon!
ReplyDeleteHave fun in India! Are you taking the boys? There is great jewelery shopping there. Check out Gem Palace!

I am selling almost all of my furniture because my new home is smaller (1 Living room vs 3) and is coming furnished. I'll keep some family heirlooms.
ReplyDeleteI'm going with a gf to India. And plan to do LOTS of jewelry shopping.

Some ideas on where to advertise: gyms, hair salons, antiques stores, local starbucks/panera, supermarkets, library, train station, local Junior League. Best of Luck!!! I wish I could buy your house- but have to wait until my daughter finishes senior year. Question: are there any ways to commute into lower manhattan from where you life? Trains/Buses?

Thank you Linda! Will implement ALL of your ideas. We are 45 minutes from Philadelphia. Great train from NYC to Philadelphia. Atlantic City has 2 hr bus ride to NYC--we are 10 minutes from AC. The train in AC, I've never done it but know it's not super direct. Will include all in our brochure. Thanks again. xx

Love your outfit!!!! Good luck on the yard sale. The only advice I have is ... say a prayer for good weather! Just put you on my blogroll so my east coast friends can see your info on the yard sale. All the best... I'm sure it will go great because you have great taste.
ReplyDeleteI would try selling your art and gorgeous decor on your blog. There is a blog called the enchanted home and she is very successful selling goods like that through her blog!
ReplyDeleteI agree with HIllary Pearl above. Sell your things on your blog. I am redecorating. I am sick to death of the Shabby Chic. Here's the problem - thought I'd love it forever so I sold a lot of my British Hunt Country things. So, if you have anything like that please send me photos.
