Hello Lovies! I hope you had a terrific week. THANK YOU all for your comments and emails with soy free advice. I really appreciate it and have had some success.
Perfectly Posh carries soy free (and practically all allergies) body lotions and lip glosses. I was thrilled to connect with Perfectly Posh With Vanessa to place an order and also stopped into LUSH where they helped me select shampoos etc without soy.
This week was unusually full of ladies lunches. But it's pay back time as the frat house is full and we are taking them to Dave & Busters, PF Changs (I'm sure they have a ton of soy free food--NOT) and to see the scary movie Dark Skies. I said I'd go but one of them has to hold my hand through out!

Dietary changes are so difficult and overwhelming at first. With all of my twins' allergies I had to completely change the way I shopped and cooked. Now I don't remember life before these changes and I am SO much more healthy myself!! Hang in there. It will all be worth it.
