Has anyone tried Tracy Anderson's method?

Has anyone tried NuFace? It is electrical stimulation that helps firm skin and reduce fine lines.

Cooked Quinoa? Not sure what to add to it to make it taste great.

Sorry for all the random questions. This is what has been heavily weighing on my mind this week. Well that and Christmas shopping. Oh and the reason my pictures are sometimes so small is my new iPhone--that is as big as they'll get. Sorry they do stink, but I don't walk around with a camera. Off for a much needed facial.
