Need a new dress!

Of course I want to start off by saying my heart and head were heavy in anticipation of today. Never Forget!

For this weekend we have a few fun things in store
Tonight-quiet. I think I'll get sushi and relax. Still watching Mad Men.

Saturday-I am the tennis coach for my oldest son's team it is so cute! We have a wedding at the Buena Vista Country Club. I had a country club wedding. I actually love country club weddings. We did not have a beach house, lake house etc so the country club wedding is very preppy. I can't wait!

Sunday-My son has a birthday party. An outdoor movie birthday party.

So I've been eye-ing the new Kate Spade dresses and I love Lesley Evers too. With this rain I just need some good J Crew rain boots and I still have (drum roll please) and Eagles Eye bright yellow rain coat with a yellow and white checked lining. It is timeless and I love it. I've had since I was about 16. For those of you too young to have known Eagles Eye is was like Lilly Pulitzer and Laura Ashley and I wore it all the time! Now they run Tory Burch so you get the idea.

I hope everyone has a fab weekend!

xoxo

  4. I remember Eagles Eye like it was yesterday. Growing up in MD we used to drive to Conshohocken for Eagles Eye warehouse sale...nightgowns and sweaters with many a theme!

    Have a great weekend!

  5. Sounds like fun! My boyfriend was sent away to Atlanta on a business trip so it's just me and the dog tonight. I'm going to dinner with my parents in a few minutes, then boyfriend is coming back tomorrow afternoon, plus errands half the day tomorrow, so I won't get much time alone!

  17. I would love to know how you are doing the outdoor movie? Renting a projection screen? Nighttime? I am dying to have one here complete with Twizzlers, popcorn and all that other good stuff!

ok, so I have no idea what Eagle Eyes is! I am certainly not younger than you either... Laura Ashley... oh do I have stories! And seriously, looking back, really what were we thinking... I mean when are dropped waists with big white lace collars out to Idaho EVER flattering?!!! Some of her stuff was lovely... just lovely and I do have a few items floating around here.
