Preppy Friday!

The past 2 weeks have been so fun! I love having guest bloggers and reading everyone's kind comments. Thank you. Today I'll wrap with QBS and her thoughts on my novel, Social Climbers. Which is how we met and how this blog began.  So I had to ask her: What do you think of Social Climbers, the book and the people?

 

"Beth specifically said that I should not endorse the book.  Which is completely what I am going to do.  I love how her personality, preferences and spirit shine though the pages- it’s ALMOST as good as what I imagine some chardonnay psychology (but make mine champagne) would be like with her in person; she’s dishing it out from the heart.  I LOVE that she lists various SC things- terminology, vacation locales, preferred clothing, names, habits and style icons (to name a few) at the end of most chapters.  The only thing that I do not love about this book is that I wasn’t the one that wrote it.  I sooooo want SC, the Movie to come to fruition.  Or a sequel or book of the same genre to be written by Beth.  And to become her assistant when she gets her really big break and her own television program/lifestyle/media company.  We could all use a little more style, charm and good taste in our lives and Beth has her finger firmly on the pulse of all things lovely, classy and Preppy."
