Or should I say Sugar Saturday? I have a sugar craving....problem. I'm trying to cleanse off sugar, for my health. It is driving me insane. Am I an emotional eater? Why do I crave sugar, even when I'm not hungry they take over all rational decision making skills I have. Also, if food is front of me I can't stop putting it in my mouth (again, even if I'm not hungry). Is this an oral fixation? That I always seem to be eating?
I need major advice. What are your tricks? What do you eat at a movie theater? HELP!
