WASP Wednesday

Hello Darlings! Hope everyone is adjusting to being back to life. We still have Christmas decorations everywhere and ski clothes drying out but I'm confident by this weekend we'll be all back to normal. While at Stowe we had the pleasure of dining at Winfield's Bistro, which is my son's name.
Such a stinker! When he was born I promised to take him to The Wynn hotel in Las Vegas. I need to find a restaurant, hotel or a song with my name--I feel so neglected. As a child my Grandparents had a book made about a little girl named Beth with a pet Giraffe named Hteb (my name backwards). I guess that gave me grandiose feelings of entitlement that have led to this disappointment.  The name Winfield seems more common than Beth!

Collars up

  1. I just adore your little bright eyed redheaded fella! He looks like he can keep ya in stitches or at least on the ball! heehehehe!!!

BTW: Mama always told me normal was just a settin' on the washin' machine!!! I sure haven't found it anywhere else in this old life of mine. :o)

God bless ya sweet friend and have a glorious day!!!

  2. That's pretty cool that he can eat at a place that shares his name!

  3. It sounds like you all had a wonderful vacation! He is a cutie!

  4. Cute photo! I've always been jealous of my sister having her name street in our city, Meredith Avenue.

  5. My name is Marie which seems to be everyone's middle name. When I was young my uncle gave me a book that he had ordered with my nick name (Buzz) in the book which was about a bee. It was a specialty order type of book. I still have it and should bring it out and show my kids.

  6. Hahaha! Love the picture. I am attempting to get back to normal this weekend as well. ;)

  7. He looks so much like you! ...and there is a song named Beth...they sang it on Glee ;)

Talk preppy to me! xoxo
