WASP Wednesday

Hola Blends! I'm officially Bill Murray in Caddyshack. We have squirrels on steroids. They aren't afraid of me at all. We put down organic repellent and a machine that makes a high pitched squeaking noise but they continue to eat my outdoor furniture (plastic or wood), eat my deck made out of Mahogany, and they even ate the wires on the white lights we adorned our tree with. I HATE them! I'm on a mission to stop them from ruining my outdoor living space. HELP!

  4. We quit putting up our bird feeders because of them, they were eating more of it than the birds were. Frustrating critters! Good luck!

Love the outfit :) Pearls go with EVERYTHING!

  7. Agree w/Mainline SPortsman. Pellet gun too. Shoot them is the best way. But if you are within city limits you can't. They eat plastic outdoor and wooden furniture like crazy. I have 2 squirrel proof birdfeeders. They are AWFUL> Love your outfit. Smashing. Plus your new house is wonderful. Give us a pictorial tour.

  10. Very few squirrels here in Paris so can't help, I'm afraid ! In fact, I've just been to London with my students and they were so excited to see some in the parks that they couldn't stop photographing the adorable little things, sorry, the pesky rodents !

  13. I understand your frustration with squirrels. I have an older home and it took us quite a while to secure holes they had made as an entry way into our attic. Nothing like waking up in the morning hearing them chase each other in the attic. It wasn't until we put vinyl siding on our home that the squirrel's ability to eat the wood was put to an end.

  14. I think you should be wearing this outfit while shooting horrid squirrels with pellet gun.
