Socialite Sunday!

Happy Mothers Day!!! I'd love to write about how motherhood has changed my life but I'm far too indulgent and can't wait to kayak, eat a burger, have a bloody mary and sit in the sun. I need a tan big time. Children with broken legs interupted my spring vacation to sunny warm weather and now I look ugly. I bet on facy pants at the Derby and obviously bet poorly. Thankfully the wager was with my 11 year old son and his friends, so I can afford more clothes. I hope everyone has a beautiful and blessed day!

Happy Monogram Monday

I love monogramming strangers, they love it too! Today I had errands and had to go to Home Depot. So.....

I monogrammed the home depot guy. Sorry I'm not wearing a skirt today (most of my skirts are either too dressy or winter material). Shorts are from Skirtin Around. Tomorrow I've promised Queen Bee Swain to write about dating/finding love/landing husband.  Have a great day!

Happy Socialite Sunday!

Oscar, Oscar, Oscar! I love the designer but the event is even better. I can't wait to watch and I hope my girl Sandra  Bullock wins-I get chocked up just thinking about The Blind Side! I saw that movie, and it made me want to be a southern Mama. So cute.

My shore bestie, Bonnie, and I always discuss Hollywood fashion and gossip. We talk about a lot of things but this is a big day for us! I usually get really dressed up and sip a cocktail while watching The Red Carpet. One year while on some acid trip we discussed doing it from the gym, on a treadmill-huge disappointment and will never happen again!

 

Red is one of those colors that looks nice with my coloring. So, don't you think Husband needs to buy me this?
